With goat cheese stuffed chicken breast with honey gravy

Remove the thyme leaves from the stems and chop them. Cut the spring onions into rings. Mix the Cheese Crumbles with the spring onion, half of the thyme and season with pepper.  Cut the chicken breast lengthwise deep and fill. Press and wrap the chicken tightly with the ham slices.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken  over medium heat in about 15 min. Until gold brown. Turn the chicken breasts regularly. Place the chicken breasts on a warm plate and keep warm under aluminum foil. Stir the fond, honey, soy sauce and the rest of the thyme by the shortening. Stir and cook on high heat for 2-3min. In a light gravy bound. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the chicken breasts into uniform pieces. Place the chicken breasts on warm plates and spoon the gravy over. Sprinkle with the Cheese Crumbles and smoked paprika poudre.

Serve with potatoes and salad.

Tomato/ goats cheese quiche

Quiche

Sift the flour and salt and place in food processor. Cut the butter into pieces and add. Mix in 1 min. To a crumbly dough. Run the processor and add the egg and water. Run until a cohesive dough. If necessary, add 1 tbsp cold water. Knead the dough briefly with your hands into a ball. Let rest in cling film for 30 min, in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

Beat the remaining eggs with the sour cream. Crumble the goat cheese and stir into the egg mixture 2/3. Grate the yellow rind of the lemon and squeeze the fruit off. Stir in the zest and 3 tablespoons of juice into the egg mixture.

Dust the work surface and rolling pin with flour. Roll the dough into a round piece of diameter 32 cm. Grease the quiche dish with the butter. Line the mold with the dough. Prick the bottom. Divide the tomato, the egg mixture, and the rest of the cheese crumbles over the bottom. Bake in about 45 min. In the oven until golden brown.

Flammkuche With apple, honey and Cheese Crumbles

In a bowl mix the yeast, flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour the lukewarm water. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl with a damp a dish towel and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 250ºC.Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to a thickness of 1 cm. Mix the sour cream with the soft curd and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Spread this mixture over the dough. Cut the apple into rings. Cover the dough evenly with the apple and bacon. Sprinkle over the Cheese Crumbles and the honey. Bake the flammkuchen approx 65 min. In the middle of the oven.

Flammkuche with bacon, onion and Cheese Crumbles

In a bowl mix the yeast, flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour the lukewarm water. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl with a damp a dish towel and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 250ºC. Cut the bacon into strips as thin as possible. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to a thickness of 1 cm. Mix the sour cream with the soft curd and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Spread this mixture over the dough. Cut the onion into rings. Cover the dough evenly with the bacon and out. Sprinkle over the Cheese Crumbles. Bake the flammkuchen approx 65 min. In the middle of the oven.

Spring pasta with green asparagus, quail eggs and Cranberry Cheese Crumbles.

Pasta

20 min.

Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes.

Take the quail eggs and cook them until tender in 4 minutes boiling water.

Let the eggs scare in cold water and peel them.

Wash the vegetables and clean them.

Cut the carrtos into small strips, the tomato into small cubes and the asparagus in small discs.

Chop the garlic finely.

Take a baking pan and heat it with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the garlic and the chopped vegetables. Stir fry the vegetables  for 2 minutes in the pan.

Deglaze with dry white wine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta after 8 minutes cooking.

Add the pasta to the fried vegetables.

Mix the crème fraiche with the chopped chives. Add it to the pasta.

Make off with the Cheese Crumbles Cranberry and the cooked quail eggs.
