Bake the hot dogs in a baking pan and bake the buns in a 200 ° C preheated oven .
Cut the buns (make sure that it stays together). Then heat the sauerkraut and put it at the bottom of the bun. Put the hot dog on top.

Sprinkle it with Cheese Crumbles goat cheese, pickle and the onions. Finish it with a few stripes of BBQ sauce.

Grilled cheese sandwich with goat cheese and nuts

Mix the honey with mustard, spread a little on a slice of bread. Sprinkle the bread with Cheese Crumbles. Break the nuts into pieces and lay the other slice of bread on it. Press well. Bake the toast in a preheated toast iron until the cheese is melted. Serve the toast with goat cheese and nuts with a little rucola lettuce and some of the honey mustard sauce.

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add a splash of cream and season the taste with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with a fork. Heat a frying pan. Bake in a dash of sunflower oil the mushrooms, tomato and spring onion. Pour the egg/cream mixture into the skillet. Bake the omelette slowly cooked on low heat. Sprinkle with cheese crumbles. Serve with fresh cress and radish.

Flammkuche With apple, honey and Cheese Crumbles

In a bowl mix the yeast, flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour the lukewarm water. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl with a damp a dish towel and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 250ºC.Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to a thickness of 1 cm. Mix the sour cream with the soft curd and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Spread this mixture over the dough. Cut the apple into rings. Cover the dough evenly with the apple and bacon. Sprinkle over the Cheese Crumbles and the honey. Bake the flammkuchen approx 65 min. In the middle of the oven.

Brioche Crostini with garlic Cheese Crumbles, tomato and fig chutney

Preheat the convection oven  to 170 degrees celcius.

Cut with a serrated knife the brioche bread roll in the length by 4.

Spread the top with a hefty low of fig chutney.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and lay it on the fig chutney.

Cut the red onion into paper-thin rings and spreads them over the tomato slices.

Take the Cheese Crumbles and finish the roll with a full hand crumbles.

Bake off on a paper in a baking dish on 170 degrees celcius for 15 minutes.

Garnish with Cress oro other germ types.
