Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Cut a cap of about 1 ½ cm from the top of the apple and hol the lower part carefully tot he edge about 1 to ½ cm thick, make sure the peel is not found. Mix the flesh of the apple, without clocks home and seeds, with the nougatine or hazelnuts, 2 tablespoons honey and half the butter and spread it over the apples. Put them on parchment paper or in a baking dish 25 minutes in the oven. Remove from the oven and divide the cheese crumbs over the apples, drizzle over each apple 1 tbsp honey. In a separate bowl mix the breadcrumbs and almonds and sprinkle the last about the apples. Put them in the oven for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, then just let them rest outside the oven before serving.
Serving tip: this desert is delicious with vanilla ice cream of vanilla sauce.
